Evans Escapades in Sandwich Massachusetts

Besides the Cape Cod National Seashore,

Sandwich probably ended up being my

favorite little town on Cape Cod. . .

The Salt Marsh located on Cape Cod Bay - accessible on the Boardwalk

we’re always up for a nice boardwalk. . .

Green Briar Nature Center

next stop. . .Green Briar Nature Conservancy. . .

The Jam Kitchen at Green Briar Nature Center

the Jam Kitchen, which we were allowed to walk through

on the way to the Jam Store smelled amazing. . .

they were making Peach Ginger Preserves. . .yum!

The Jam Store at Green Briar Nature Center

the Jam Store cost us some bucks. . .hard to choose only a handful. . .delicious!

The rest of our time in Sandwich was spent on a Historical Walking Tour. . .

very enjoyable. . .the following pics are from that tour. . .

Here’s more ideas of things to see in Sandwich. . .

we only scratched the surface. . .

Here’s the rest of our Sandwich Mass pics. . .

and a great ending to our day was to meet

Margery and Paul for a late lunch. . .

probably won’t get to see them again ‘til they make it to Texas. . .

so it was great to touch base and compare stories one more time. . .

see y’all down the road. . .

‘til next time
